Reviewed issue with Giuseppe. The job that is failing is an integration between i2 and Sage done through ESB. Since the Sage endpoint was removed on April 11th, the job is failing since then. To discuss next actions during DS team meeting.
Raised RFS-1-12881536404 for SCOM removal of deprecated ArcGIS ESB endpoints, placed 6 DR ESB servers under maintenance mode until May 1st and notified the team, pending confirmation to proceed with service stop and shutdown.
Investigated access options for the UN-BASE PostgreSQL cluster, identified available DB users and auth methods, and drafted communication to the RFID team with options to establish remote DB access.
