Effective **January 1, 2026**, all Work Orders assigned to AOM team members should be registered with a **valid Asset**, corresponding to an existing application managed by the AOM team. This requirement is intended to ensure accurate categorization and support KPI reporting. To anticipate the transition to this requirement and facilitate compliance, please refer to attached quick guidelines. We kindly encourage you to start familiarizing yourselves with the process as soon as possible. Additionally, we are preparing a daily alert to notify AOM teams of those WO that are missing an asset or have an incorrect one. Thank you in advance for your collaboration on this important matter.
