## ESB Handover to Dev Team

**Context:** AOM (Carlos) is handling the formal handover of the ESB platform to the dev team as part of the ESB migration to Azure. Target completion: end of June 2026.

* Documentation KB build substantially complete (ST #738): operations guide, pre-production setup, DB sync, known issues, software sources, architecture reference all written and pushed

* Credentials handover: to be done during sessions (DB + other access)
