🟠 **Found 2026-08-04.** `HFCrawler/Sector West/Bossangoa` fails with
`session setup failed: NT_STATUS_TRUSTED_RELATIONSHIP_FAILURE` — 700 occurrences in 24 h, plus 187
of the ordinary `NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT`. Last success 30-07-2026, `error_attempt` 4,309.
**This is not the same fault as I-09.** A trust-relationship failure means the field-site host's
machine account is broken against the domain — the network path is fine and the server answers, it
just refuses the session. It is usually fixed by rejoining that host to the domain, which is a
different team and a different conversation from the dead SMB links.
**Fix:** confirm with the mission which host serves `//10.152.88.21/db` and have it rejoined.
**Owner:** Carlos → MINUSCA FTS. **Support Track:** not tracked.
**Matters because:** unlike the I-09 sites this one is individually fixable, recently working, and
currently losing a live site's tracking data.
