OpsData connection on mnet-p-app-01 failed silently - node stayed up (200) but cameras were not loaded.

**Detection:** `/master/status/` on mnet-p-app-01 showed OpsData returning 500. mnet-p-app-02 was healthy (OpsData 200, zones and monitors loaded).

**Root cause:** MediaNet api\_config containers on node 01 lost connection to OpsData. No monitoring (Netscaler health check, SCOM) detected this because the node itself kept responding 200 - the failure was at the application layer, not the HTTP layer.

**Fix:** Restarted api\_config containers on mnet-p-app-01:

```

Confirmed fixed: `/master/status/` returned OpsData 200 after restart. Container logs showed `Download OpsData ok` and OK lines for each zone (MINUSCA, Somalia, UNFICYP).

**Monitoring gap:** Netscaler only checks node liveness (HTTP response). It does NOT check application-level health such as OpsData connectivity. Manual check of `/master/status/` on each node directly is required to detect this state.
